tigernoodles Terms of Service

Welcome to tigernoodles. By submitting any artwork (“Artwork”) to tigernoodles via our website, you (“Parent of Artist,” “Grandparent of Artist,” “Artist guardian”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before submitting.

 

1. Artwork Submission and Representation​

​

• By submitting Artwork, you grant tigernoodles the exclusive right to represent, market, and sell the submitted Artwork through our platform and affiliated sales channels.
   

• You agree not to list, sell, or authorize others to sell the submitted Artwork elsewhere while it is represented by tigernoodles.
   

 

2. Ownership and License

​

• You retain full copyright ownership of your Artwork.
   

• By submitting, you grant tigernoodles a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images of the Artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website display, social media, press, and advertising.
   

 

3. Sales and Revenue Sharing

​

• When Artwork is sold, revenue will be split as follows:
   

  • 60% to the Artist
     

  • 40% to tigernoodles
     

• Payments to Artists will be made within [30 days] of completed sales, via [specify payment method, e.g., PayPal, direct deposit].
   

• tigernoodles is responsible for collecting payment from buyers and will remit the Artist’s share after deducting its commission.
   

 

4. Pricing

​

• tigernoodles reserves the right to determine and adjust the retail price of the Artwork, in consultation with the Artist.
   

 

5. Term and Termination

​

• This agreement applies to each Artwork from the date of submission.
   

• Either party may terminate representation of specific Artwork with 30 days’ written notice.
   

• Upon termination, tigernoodles will remove the Artwork from its website and cease sales efforts.
   

 

6. Artist Representations and Warranties

​

By submitting an artwork, you represent and warrant that:

​

• You are the guardian of the sole creator and owner of the Artwork.
   

• The Artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights.
   

• You have full authority to enter into this agreement.
   

 

7. Limitation of Liability

​

• tigernoodles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.
   

• tigernoodles’ maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you for the Artwork in question.
   

 

8. Governing Law

​

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States of America
   

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
   

 

9. Amendments

​

tigernoodles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued submission of Artwork constitutes acceptance of any changes.
