How Are These Works Chosen Each Month?

At tigernoodles, we are far more interested in encouraging and celebrating creativity than we are in stirring up competition. Yet at the same time, there are generally very good reasons why certain works of art resonate through the centuries. And we are not exaggerating when we say that we genuinely hope to feature artworks in these pages that people will still be talking about and admiring hundreds of years from now. 

Each month, we will review the various submissions, and make objective decisions on which are those we found truly outstanding, whether it be for originality, skillful use of color or composition, exceptional technical ability, or simply how much heart and soul seems to have gone into its creation. Once selected, tigernoodles will then present our thoughts on each, which are not meant to be "critiques", but rather our observations and contemplations. We encourage you to enjoy all of the artworks in your own personal way. 

We also understand that, when it comes to art, there are many differing points of view. So we invite you to also regularly peruse the tigernoodles gallery (which is searchable by name and subject matter), and decide for yourself which ones are your favorites. One thing we will guarantee: that if you spend time in these pages, you will be inspired just as much as we are every day.
